During the recent G4 Holiday Ball, CW5 James Rathburn, President of the European Region Warrant Officer Association took the time to get a photo with the attending Warrants and their Spouses.

During the Ball, Chief Rathburn presented Laura Wills with the National Volunteer of
the Year award.
