Our Wounded Warriors

Since March 2003 William Black - a retired CW3 Marine Warrant Officer - has taken it upon himself to assist our Wounded Warriors while they recuperate at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center here in Germany.

Bill saw a need to provide a little off-base rest and relaxation to wounded of all ranks and from all services. Starting with some donations and his own money, he began taking soldiers on day trips visiting castles, tourist areas, and the rivers here in Germany.

If you click on the Marine Flag, you can see a presentation of what Bill is doing– it’s great stuff.

If you would like to donate to this cause, please click on the PayPal button. Along with helping support his Wounded Warrior program by sponsoring boat rides, ALL the money that is collected through this button by our Association goes to Bill’s program.

Our association covers the PayPal fees.

COMING $OON!

As the school year begins to draw to a close, we are looking once again at offering $4000 in scholarships to deserving graduating seniors in the Heidelberg and Mannheim area.

If you are the current owner of a High School senior (DoDDS, Local, or Home School) have them contact us about our scholarships.

They are just a short bio and an essay question (topic to be published later) away from competing for up to $1000!

YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A WARRANT OFFICER TO COMPETE FOR (or win) THIS SCHOLARSHIP!
